I grew up listening to Celtic Woman and Piano guys, so this offers a blend of both inspirations with my sister Hope singing the melody with her beautiful airy voice and my cello floating in and out of the melody line. This version features a forgotten verse by John Newton that many haven’t heard before (I had never heard of it and I grew up in church!), along with an original chorus written to inspire hope and determination to keep running our race on earth.
