Ayo it’s the return of the motherfuckin’ dreadlock !!! Here is a mix dedicated to Brand Nubian, their songs don’t accumulate many views on youtube compared to other rap artists from the same era and their 1994 album was disappointing in terms of sales... It’s easy to understand when you listen to the lyrics, these guys were engaged for the black cause.

I always loved their music balanced between jazzy vibes and rugged speech (and salacious punchlines with Grand Puba), that’s why I bring to you this mix today to celebrate this group and the 3k followers ! Peace
