They taste and smell extremely fragrant especially when pan-fried π My favorite part is when the scallions pop out of the dough and get charred on the pan for extra flavor! π They are also super easy to make and can be enjoyed on itsβ own or with a dipping sauce (sauce recipe included in the video).
