A horrific antisemitic attack rocked a St. Louis-area neighbourhood, where multiple cars were set on fire and “Death to the IDF” was spray-painted overnight Tuesday.
According to Leo Terrell, head of the Trump administration’s antisemitism task force, the attack targeted an American citizen who previously served in the Israel Defence Forces (IDF) and his family.
Local Jewish organisations condemned the incident, linking it to rising rhetoric against Jews and Israel. Authorities confirmed that three cars were torched, and one suspect is in custody.
No injuries were reported, but the attack has sparked renewed concerns over antisemitism in the U.S.
