"Found" a song for mental health

I recently wrote this song when I was having a rough day and was remembering some of my really rough days; the ones I barely survived. And I thought about what I needed most in times of feeling despair.

I discovered that all I needed was to breathe, feel my body, and to reach out for help. Then, accept the help. That's what this song's about and I dedicate this song to our MFYM charity event bc the participants who come out to our event are the helping hands and the good friends to those who are suffering with mental health challenges.
