About the Album:
Volume 1 of the meditation series, enâtawâstemikweyahk, was a big hit, so we just had to do another one! Volume 2, titled kisâkihitin, welcomes our brothers from the south joining sisters from the north in a powerful and soulful mix of Cree and Lakota languages. This album is dedicated to all the children who were taken away from home through Indian Residential School, the 60's scoop, and Child Welfare. We want you to know you are loved and you belong.

Meditation: môsowâyehtamôwin (to sense), apâhkaweyihtamôwin (to be consciously aware), koskwâtapôwin (to sit quiet and still), nâkatohkewin (to be mindful), wan'sehisôwin (to lose self), kâkesimôwin (to pray).

Sometimes we just want to be quiet and still
