I've created this 10-minute guided meditation. It's really more for me than anyone else but I really hope people like it. It's Deneen Fendig (Duncan Trussell's amazing mother) explaining how to achieve presence through a simple meditation.
When I first heard her explain the steps for this meditation I was super high and watching The Midnight Gospel and it blew my mind. It was so simple yet so effective at becoming present in the here and now.
I took Duncan's audio out (sorry Duncan!) so it's just a guided meditation by Deneen. I mixed in some ambient music I wrote too.
