How to make banana walnut pound cake

Description

All U need about this cake:
egg mixer, two bowls,sifter, parchment paper and spatula
baking soda 5g
all purpose flour 150g
soft butter salted 115g
white sugar 190g to 200g
egg 2
mashed banana 300g ( Can be pre peeled and frozen banana)
walnut 100g add in and little more on top
chocolate chip about 50g is optional



-Sift flour and baking soda in a large bowl
-Fold butter and sugar together, if too hard, heat up in microwave about 20 seconds
-Add eggs, banana, and walnut, mix well
-Pour in the flour mix and mix well
-I use butter wipe the pan and dust some flour as pan release, and cut a parchment paper for the other sides, just measure the three big sides, include bottom and fold the long edges together is enough
*Oven is 350℉ 65 minutes

Pan release recipe
flour, butter, oil 1:1:1 in a container that can be used in microwave, melt in microwave and mix well. U can put in freezer and heat in microwave and use again
