How to properly install a wall mounted pull up or chin up bar

I recently bought a pullup/chinup bar and installed it on our unfinished hollow block wall. The initial installation I did was a failure and it was not able to hold both my weight and the bar.

I researched and learned that dynabolt is a better wall fastener and can hold greater amounts of weight.
