Macro-Friendly, High Protein Easy Air Fryer French Fries
Super easy to make, and one of my favorite carb sources. Since you aren’t submerging in oil/frying - it’s super easy to control the amount of oil used based on your needs. More oil = crispier final product, but I found 1tspn to be sufficient and it adds marginal fat/calories. Add more or less based on your needs
Pair with your favorite protein source
Per batch (1 potato/250g):
300 calories
4g Protein
49g Carbs
11g Fat
Ingredients:
1 potato (~250g)
1 tspn olive oil
Salt, garlic, onion, paprika
Or seasonings of choice
Air fry at 380 for 20-25 mins, or until it reaches your desired consistency
