More Tips on How to Lower Cortisol:
1. Put electronics away after 9 pm! Or at least switch your screen color to night mode
2. Don’t take your phone first thing in the morning - wait at least 30m to 1hr
3. Eat protein for breakfast - within 2hrs of waking up
4. Try to make the room where you sleep as dark as possible
5. Expose yourself to the light first thing in the morning
6. Try to have 15-20 minutes every day in the sun
7. Eat more healthy fats like salmon and avocado
8. Try to keep the room where you sleep cool
9. No caffeine after 12:00
10. Try to switch coffee to matcha
11. Fall asleep before midnight
12. Sleep at least 7-8hrs
13. Practice Gratitude
14. Meditate
15. Do Yoga
