I love the energy of this track and I thought it would be a great one to begin trying to imitate some of the late David Williams tremendous clean guitar work. It's really fun attempting different techniques and it opens my eyes to how tricky some of these parts are on, what were, mainstream pop songs. I hope to delve more into David's work to develop my right hand and muting techniques for those big funky rhythm picking strokes.

This is also a first for me using Neural DSP and going straight into my Laptop. My workmates encouraged me to try some of their stuff and I quite liked the Cory Wong stuff, so I'm using one of those patches that I've edited to taste. Thanks Tadgh and Aidan!

I use a Fender Player Strat (It's Peach) direct into my Focusrite Interface, using Neural DSP's Archetype Cory Wong (using a DI Clean type preset with compression, chorus and reverb), recording onto Logic Pro.
