Description
A sample of the second CD of Mare Balticum project by ensemble Peregrina (Basel) with songs by and for 14th-century Swedish mystic, Birgitta of Sweden, and for the other Swedish and Finnish saints (St. Elin, St. Eskil, St. Henrikus). This recording also contains the first extant songs in Finnish from Abo Graduale and 16th-century scholar's songs from Piae Cantiones (1582).
