Marilyn was my Distant Cousin via her Both of her Birth Parents. Her mother Gladys was married 3 times but NOT to the man who was Marilyn's Birth Father - Charles Stanley Gifford. He was still married at the time that Gladys was still married to her 2nd husband. See

Marilyn is said to have had Affairs with U.S. President John F. Kennedy, AND his brother Attorney General (later U.S. Senator (NY-D)) Robert F. Kennedy, both also my distant cousins.

All 3 died untimely deaths. Conspiracy Theories link the 3 deaths. According to the book "Double Cross" by Chuck Giancana (Sr) & Jr., all 3 deaths were arranged by Chuck''s brother, Mafia Mobster Sam Giancana.

ALLEGED SUICIDE:
The Official Coroner's Report said that Marilyn died from a drug overdose (lethal doses of barbiturates). But Chuck Giancana alleged she was Murdered in a way that was staged to embarrass US Attorney General Robert F. Kennedy, who had visited earlier that night. Chuck claimed the US Secret Service had also been secretly watching Robert, and cleaned things up to make it Look Like Suicide. A corollary theory was that she was Murdered because she wanted Power and was threatening to go Public about her affairs with the Kennedy Brothers.
