Bahan :
500 gr jamur tiram
3/4 sdt garam
jahe sckpy
Bumbu perendam :
5 siung bawang putih. goreng
5 butir bawang merah. goreng
50 gr gula merah
4 sdm minyak sayur (sy minyak kelapa)
4 sdm kecap manis
minyak wijen (optional)
Saus kacang :
100 gr kacang tanah. goreng
9 cabe rawitt / sesuai selera
3 siung bawang putih. goreng
30 gr gula merah / sesuai selera
1/2 sdt garam
kecap sckpy
ingredients:
500 gr oyster mushrooms
3/4 tsp salt
ginger to taste
Soaking seasoning:
5 cloves of garlic. fry
5 red onions. fry
50 gr brown sugar
4 tbsp vegetable oil (my coconut oil)
4 tbsp sweet soy sauce
sesame oil (optional)
Peanut sauce :
100 grams of peanuts. fry
9 rawit chilies / according to taste
3 cloves of garlic. fry
30 gr brown sugar / according to taste
1/2 tsp salt
enough soy sauce
