"strangers" parece ser una expresión de dolor y tristeza por la pérdida de una relación y la persona amada. La narradora está dispuesta a hacer cualquier cosa para recuperar la relación, pero se da cuenta de que la realidad es que la persona amada se ha ido y ella se queda con el dolor y la tristeza.

Dato curioso: está canción originalmente está inspirada en el sasusaku, justamente en la parte en la que Sasuke abandona la aldea y se convierte en otra persona, es decir... en un extraño.

Melodybloom, la voz, escribió esta canción cuando recién empezaba a mirar Naruto, más que nada en Sasuke y Sakura, donde estos tienen su famosa separación y se convierten en extraños, ya que serían 2 años hasta su reencuentro y él se convertiría en otra persona cegada por la venganza.
