'I See You' by The New Shining is the 5th single from their new album 'Antidote'. 'Antidote' is the 7th studio album of this Dutch 3 piece band.

'Singer/guitarist/songwriter 'Nax' struggled with depression for over 20 years. He and his band The New Shining are passionate about mental illness awareness. By writing music he gives a voice to 'the invisibles', the people that struggle, suffer and fight courageously in silence.

Who sees you? Who knows you, really? Do you feel there's room for you? The real you.
You don't have to be perfect, to be visible. You don't have to have it all figured out, before you allow yourself to be seen.

Yes, it's hard when you suffer from anxiety, depression, when you're broken, hurt, scarred or whatever. But everybody is broken, one way or another. Whether they show it, know it, or hide it.

Be kind. Be patient. Be humble and accept you're on your way and learning as you go along. See me, see you.
