At REFIT we want you to be in the driver’s seat of your workout—that means you can simplify the complexity, reduce the amount of impact, or add your own flare to level up the moves! FIT TIP: To simplify the complexity, remove the step turn and replace it with an additional hip rock. To reduce the level of impact, we demonstrate how you can step to the side instead of jump (and still activate the obliques)! Keep the knees slightly bent throughout the song so your hips are always free to sway side to side –– and don’t forget to smile!
