I’ve always had a handful of Matchbox Twenty songs ready to go at any one time at gigs. The popular up-tempo tracks or the slower deeper tracks.

But the remarkable thing about these incredibly crafted songs, even the faster ones can go down just as well when they’re slowed down.

Rob Thomas is one of my favourite songwriters.
I’d say in my top 20 all-time favourite albums, More Than You Think You Are is on that list.

Every single song in that album has special place in my brain and heart.
