Welcome to this Yoga Nidra for Deep Relaxation.

During this 27 Minute yoga nidra meditation you will experience a full yoga nidra practice that guides you through all five subtle bodies with a focus deeply relaxing your mind and body. This practice will deeply nourish your nervous system and become a powerful stress management tool.

In this calming practice, you can expect to be guided systematically into the state of yoga nidra with a sankalpa that focuses on rewriting the beliefs and thoughts that can keep you feeling stressed and not relaxed outside of your practice.

This female voice-guided nidra has soft 396 HZ music playing in the background. 396 HZ is the frequency that offers the possible benefits of releasing guilt and fear, balancing the root chakra, and helping you release blockages caused by worry, stress and anxiety. It can aslo be used for grounding.

I have created this in hopes that you will receive deep nourishment and relaxation and come back to this again and again when you have 30 minutes to dedicate to rest.

Yoga nidra is an effortless guided meditation that takes you quickly into a state of deep relaxation. You will find in these deep states of relaxation the mind is subtly aware and the body has moved into a deep healing state of sleep.

Your brain waves slow down as you enter the states of rest and deep healing from dropping into your nervous system, allowing you to replenish and restore your mind, body, and soul. This practice can even rewire unhelpful habits and beliefs if desired.

This style of meditation does more than help you relax. It is a powerful tool that can help you get in touch with your True Self, rewire unhelpful habits and heal the nervous system. While still offering you deep rest, less stress and anxiety and so many more radiant benefits.

💤 To Prepare for Your Deep Rest During Your Yoga Nidra Practice:
✔️You will need to be in a comfortable position. Traditionally yoga nidra is practiced lying down in savasana, but if that isn’t available to you just find a position that feels good and safe for your body. Focus on feeling supported. This could be in a side-lying position or inclined position where the head is above the heart.
✔️Have props to support your body like bed or couch pillows, a blanket, and possibly an eye covering to block out light.
✔️Affirm to yourself before starting that rest is your birthright and not something you need to earn.
