This is a song from 1971, originally written and performed by Carole King. It was included in her album Tapestry of 1971, and it became a big hit by James Taylor's cover version the same year.Much as this tune was covered by many famous singer, I made a video with original requested by my friend on the net.
I was moved by the lyrics getting to my heart and a bit of plaintive melody.

シンガーソングライター、Carole Kingの1971年に発売された「Tapestry」に収められた名曲　You've got a friend です。同年J・Taylor がカバーし大ヒットしました。
多くのアーティストによってカバーされましたが今回は「Carole の歌で」とのリクエストによりオリジナルでのアップです。
心に響く歌詞、美しいメロディにとても惹かれます。
2010年の4月武道館でJ・Taylor とCarole のデュエットで聴く機会があり大変感動しました。
